If the issue is an emergency, you must report it by phone immediately. Please note that only genuine emergencies will be dealt with outside of normal working hours.

An issue will be treated as an emergency in the following circumstances:

  • A leak that cannot be contained (for example, water escaping and causing damage to the property)
  • Fire - Please call 999 first
  • Smell of gas - Please call 0800 111 999 first
  • No access to the property
  • The property is not secure or cannot be safely accessed
  • The issue is dangerous or has the potential to cause harm

- A leak that cannot be contained by catching the escaping water and are causing damage to the property

- Fire

- Smell Gas

- No access to the property

- Property not secure or inaccessible

- Issue is dangerous or could potentially cause harm
